Important Notice: Huntington Ingalls Industries will switch applicant tracking systems on Wednesday, Feb. 29. The new system will include a number of improvements to support hiring efforts and at the same time enhance the applicant experience.

Since candidate information will not be transferred to the new system, candidates applying for jobs after Feb. 29 will need to complete a new profile in the system. No action is required for candidates who submitted applications and resumes for open positions prior to Feb. 29.
However, when new positions are posted on Feb. 29, everyone applying for a career with HII will be required to build a new profile.
If candidates with active profiles in the system would like to download and save their resumes to their personal computers, they should do so prior to Feb. 29.
